A beautiful wonderful explanation of God's relationship with mankind

God Bless All...........I have just finished The Shack. It is a wonderful beautiful example of how God's relationship is with mankind. Mack and these characters seemed so real. I did cry on many occasions through reading this book..even though I am a man. It has awaken me to my weak relationship with God. It is a relationship but it could be so much better. I will pass this book to all my friends and family. Well...I guess I should introduce myself. My name is John. I live in southern Oklahoma. Born in Houston, TX...but raised an Okie! I asked Christ to be my Lord and Savior when I was a senior in high school....actually a week before Easter Sunday! Since then I am grown a lot closer to Him, but there is so much more to learn. I am married to a wonderful Christian woman. Her name is Lynda. She is so wonderful. I am an college educated man with a degree in physics but work in the Oilfield Industry as a Wellsite Geologist. I enjoy my job a lot....I am in a unique position...i am among men who work hard and usually are very conservative...but tend not to attend church or anything because of their work schedule. I hope to bring Christ to their lives. Maybe this is my ministry. I am gone from home a lot. I look forward to discussing the Mysteries and Wonderful Character of God!
